About Sue's House: Sues House is a nonprofitable registered charity offering complimentary  therapies through acupuncture, counselling, Reiki healing, chair Yoga, diet and nutrition advice. We care for those going through and having survived cancer by providing counselling and additional therapies.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• This is an opportunity to be a part of a small, friendly charity, which gives support to people suffering from cancer and other illnesses.
• We need someone to provide additional sessions of acupuncture for our patients and occasionally their family members who we assess would benefit from this additional care.

What skills do I need?

Skills, attributes, experience and qualifications

• All volunteers would need to be qualified and registered with the appropriate professional body.
• In addition they would also need their own indemnity insurance in order to practise at Sue's House.
• The cancer centre is well equipped with therapy rooms appropriate for  treatments.
• Need to be 18+ years old

When do I need to be available?

Details

Sue's house is only open on 3 days a week, during the day, and volunteers could attend weekly or fortnightly, or less often by arrangement.
