Redbridge Forum

Redbridge Forum is a charity organisation based in Redbridge which helps to improve the quality of life for people with learning disabilities and autism and their carers .

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • To encourage young people to participate in the activities at different locations.
  • To assist with setting up activities prior to session and help clear away at the end of the sessions.
  • To take part in the activities, this will encourage teamwork and good communication skills.

  • Free training is available as part of personal development. 

What skills do I need?

Skills, attributes, experience and qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and IT skills.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Experience of working with or caring for people with extra needs.
  • Willing to take training.
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Need to be  18+
