***Office & Community Volunteer***

This is a varied and interesting role for someone looking to work within a Queen's Award Winning charity providing support and services to unpaid carers. 

Main tasks and responsibilities 

• General office admin
• Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
• Registering new carers
• Data entry and management
• Reception duties

• Empathy, patience and a non-judgemental approach
• Awareness of or willingness to learn about the challenges faced by unpaid carers.
• Good verbal and written communication
• Confident in mixing with a wide range of people
• Good IT skills
• Able to show kindness and empathy to service users
• Need to be 18+
