Ilford Lane Food Bank- ICSS
Ilford Land Food Bank (ILFB) provides essential food, toiletries, feminine hygiene and baby products for people and families in crisis, working in partnership with organisations across the community as well as Fareshare, Neigbourly and the Felix Project. Drivers play a fundamental role in the running of the food bank, collecting food donations from a variety of locations across the local area as well as delivering to the Ilford Lane Food bank at the Ilford Lane Engagement Hub.
You’ll play an important role in promptly transporting food from collection points to ILFB for sorting and handing out to service users which will help to make a real difference in your community. A confident and safe driver, you’ll enjoy being part of a team and be physically strong so that you can lift and load crates of food. Your flexible and committed approach will help to maximise donations and improve the efficiency of the food bank.
